I have a 2001 harley softail standard. I have added many custom options. Converted to an o-ring chain drive, to allow for a 200 mm tire. The rear wheel is a custom 18", 80 spoke wheel, with a sprocket that is a combination sprocket and brake on the sam
e side, this is very cool looking. Rear fender is a west coast chopper fender with custom curved struts. 14 in gimp hanger bars with 4 inch risers (also comes with a nice set of drag bars too). The engine has been bored to a 96 inch with oversized custom cams. Has a k&n filter charger and joker pipes. the fuel injected motor is very powerful and also efficient on gas. I just bought this bike 5/20/2011 from Rocky Mountain Harley Davidson. The bike is in showroom condition, there is absolutely nothing wrong with it. It still has the factory warrant
y till 5/20/2013. Adult owned never abused or driven hard.
This bike has been babied, you will not find a better well cared for bike then this one. Garage kept with a battery tender on it. This bike has never had ethanol gas put into it. I think ethanol is terrible just Google it. I just drained the gas tank and topped it off with fresh non ethanol fuel. This is key because stale fuel will varnish and leave nasty deposits in your fuel system.
It Sedona Orange. I was told by the dealership that they will not make this color again because of the tsunami that hit japan. It has 2,0xx miles on it. FACTORY KEY FOB SECURITY SYSTEM INSTALLED. Also will include the windshield if offered the asking priced paid around $300 for that. The windshield is must if taking the bike on a road trip. Makes a huge difference. But around town there are quick releases and can have it off within minutes.
I broke the bike in just like Harley-Davidson recommends it. Except for the oil changes intervalS. Harley-Davidson recomneds to change the oil at 1,000. I changed it with full syntactic Amsoil at 250, 500 and 1,000. I used Harley Davidson oil filters.
I paid $17,204.03 going out the door. I have all the original paperwork that came with it.

I have a 1979 Harley Ironhead project for sale. I have done alot of work to get this thing going but have no time to finish. I replaced heads, gaskets, pushrods, valves, springs, clutch lever, battery, gas tank, rewired headlight just to name some of the
work completed. It still needs a carburator, exhaust pipes, 1 foot peg and 1 foot brake. Gas tank just needs to be hooked up. Asking $3300 but willing to consider any reasonable offer.
